Q: What is the warranty period on your jewelry? 

A: Our warranty period is (30) thirty days from date of shipment. This gives you ample time to inspect, wear and enjoy the design you purchased. If, for some reason, there is a design flaw that shows up within the 30 days, we will be happy to repair/replace the item at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover abuse.  Upon return of the jewelry for repair/replacement, our bench jewelers will inspect the item to determine the problem, or, if in fact, there has been abuse. You will be notified if this is the case.    

Q: My jewelry is out of warranty. Am I out of luck?  

A: No, of course not! We won't ignore or abandon you! We will assess what happened and advise you on the best way to fix the problem. It may be repair, restyle, or replacement your purchase, dependent upon what happened. There will be a nominal cost, depending on the repair or replacement and you will be advised and invoiced for this before any work has begun. This would include incidents of abuse, intentional or not.   ---------------------------------

True Story - "My toddler grabbed my ring and chomped down on it!". We were in luck that both the setting and the stone came "out" okay!  We just replaced the setting. Happy Mom, and the toddler is now chomping on bisquits instead.
